Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no shows, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, or failure to attend the event. If the Rise Up event is postponed or canceled, payment will convert to Studio NÜDE Boudoir studio credit. The VIP Headshot Upgrade includes the complete edited gallery from the Rise Up headshot session, typically 6 or more images. Additional edit requests are $10 per image. Upgrade purchases must be completed by Thursday, June 11, 2026. The first 12 upgrade purchasers receive a $1,000 Studio NÜDE Boudoir gift voucher valid toward a future boudoir experience or Broken & Beloved Project sponsorship branding session. Gift voucher has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
