Defining Your Aesthetic

As you explore the galleries below, simply notice what catches your eye. Some people love images that feel bold and dramatic. Others are drawn to softer, more intimate moments. Many people discover they like a mix of both. There’s no right or wrong style here. Every image you see was created in our studio, which means these looks, lighting, and environments can all be re-created and personalized during your session. Save or screenshot anything that inspires you. These images help us understand what feels exciting, comfortable, and most like you. This is where your mood board begins.

DETAIL SHOTS

Detail shots highlight texture, lines, and form, collarbones, shoulders, hands, backs, curves, muscle definition. These images are perfect for wall art and help create visual balance within an album.

EDITORIAL

Using our studio strobes, these images create a clean, bold look similar to what you’d see in fashion magazines.

CATWALK

Our Catwalk takes you outside onto the industrial fire escape behind the studio, creating images with gritty textures, natural sunlight, and a bold city vibe.

NATURAL LIGHT

The studio’s large north-facing windows allow soft, diffused daylight to fill the space, creating images that feel natural, timeless, and effortlessly beautiful.

SEMI-SILHOUETTES

These bold, high-contrast statement images create shape and mystery. Often styled with sheer fabrics, layers, or partial undress, they leave just enough to the imagination.

PREPPING FOR YOUR COUPLES SESSION

A couples session is about connection first, everything else supports that. The strongest images come from presence, comfort, and trust between you. Here’s how to prepare intentionally.

Communication Before You Arrive

Have a conversation beforehand about:

• What feels exciting
• What feels vulnerable
• What’s off-limits
• How much skin you’re comfortable showing
• Whether you want romantic, playful, dominant, soft, or bold energy

Clarity before you arrive reduces nerves and allows you to relax into the experience.

Grooming & Skin Prep

• Hydrate well in the days leading up to your session
• Moisturize daily
• Trim facial hair neatly
• Shave (if desired) the morning of your session
• Avoid heavy alcohol the night before
• Get adequate rest

Fresh skin and rested energy always photograph strongest.

Wardrobe for Couples

Coordination matters more than matching.

Think complementary tones and textures — not identical outfits.

Timeless & Elevated

• Neutral-toned underwear sets
• Boxers, briefs, or boxer-briefs paired with lingerie
• Button-down shirt + lingerie
• Silk robes
• Fitted t-shirt + underwear
• Oversized sweater + bare legs
• Blazer with lingerie underneath
• Suit with bare chest

Relaxed & Intimate

• Coordinated athleisure
• Workout sets
• Denim + bare skin
• Fine art nude
• Wrapped in sheets

Bold & Expressive

• Lingerie
• Jock straps
• Leather pieces
• Harness details
• Rope (shibari)
• Dominant / submissive styling
• Pieces that reflect your dynamic

We are an all-inclusive space.
Your chemistry, your expression, and your power are welcome here.

If it feels authentic to your relationship, bring it.

Keep Props Minimal

For couples sessions, less is more.

The focus is you — your hands, your bodies, your eye contact, your energy.

Too many props can dilute the emotional impact.

Stretch & Mobility

Many couples poses require holding weight, leaning, lifting, or twisting.

Take a few minutes the morning of your session to stretch:

• Hips
• Shoulders
• Back
• Hamstrings

Flexibility makes everything feel easier and more natural.

Mindset

This is not about performing.

It’s about being present.

The most powerful couples images happen in between poses, in the laughter, the quiet, the breath against skin.

Arrive open.
Arrive connected.
We’ll guide the rest.

PREPPING FOR YOUR DUDE-OIR SESSION

This isn’t about pretending to be someone you’re not.

It’s about showing up as you, strong, intentional, and present.

Here’s how to prepare so you feel confident walking through the door.

The Night Before

Keep it simple.

• Hydrate well
• Eat balanced meals
• Get solid sleep
• Avoid heavy drinking

Energy shows in your eyes and posture. Rested confidence photographs better than anything. If nerves creep in, don’t worry, we offer light, nerve-calming beverages in studio to help you settle in.

Grooming

• Trim facial hair neatly
• Shave (if desired) the morning of your shoot
• Moisturize skin daily leading up to your session
• Clean, trimmed nails
• Light body trimming if preferred

Five o’clock shadow can photograph darker than expected, so shaving the morning of your session gives you the freshest look.

Haircuts

Avoid dramatic haircuts or color changes right before your session.

If you’re getting a trim, schedule it about a week in advance so it settles naturally.

Stretch & Mobility

Many poses may look effortless but require:

• Shoulder engagement
• Core strength
• Hip flexibility
• Back mobility

Take 5–10 minutes the morning of your shoot to stretch. A quick mobility flow makes a big difference.

You might be surprised how athletic a photoshoot can feel.

Wardrobe for Men

We specialize in fine art nudes so if you want to arrive the way you came into this world, we are here for it. If you’d like to incorporate wardrobe, here are strong options:

Classic & Refined

• Full tailored suit
• Dress shirt with slacks
• Blazer with no shirt
• Button-down with briefs or boxers
• Luxury robe

Casual & Athletic

• Fitted t-shirt + jeans
• Boxer briefs
• Athleisure sets
• Workout attire
• The infamous grey sweatpants

Bold & Expressive

• Jock straps
• Lingerie
• Leather pieces
• Harness details
• Rope (shibari)
• Dominant styling elements

We are an all-inclusive space.

If it reflects who you are, bring it.

Confidence photographs better than trends.

Makeup & Styling

Makeup for men is subtle and corrective.

We may use light product to:

• Even skin tone
• Reduce redness
• Soften under-eye darkness
• Smooth minor imperfections

No glam unless requested. We also carry beard and mustache products, brow wax, and styling products to keep everything polished and intentional.

Retouching

Men’s retouching focuses on refinement, not reshaping. We enhance lighting, remove distractions, and polish details while maintaining your natural structure and strength. We’ll discuss your comfort level and any requests during your consultation.

Mindset

This is not about performing. It’s about presence. The strongest images happen when you stop trying to pose and simply inhabit your body. Show up open. We’ll guide the rest.
